However, slight variations in color or material may occur due to natural differences in cane and handmade production.
We reserve the right to modify or update our product range and pricing at any time.
3. Orders and Payments

All prices exclude VAT (where applicable).
An order is confirmed once payment has been received.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide.
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and postal service.
Kuksa-Bassoonreeds is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or postal issues beyond our control.

Returned items must be shipped in their original packaging at your own cost unless the product was defective or sent in error.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product.

All reeds and accessories are handmade with care and thoroughly inspected before shipping.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will offer a replacement or refund after evaluating the issue.
