If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return

The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene and performance reasons, used reeds cannot be returned or exchanged.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
How to Request a Return

Include your order number and a short description of the reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive the return instructions by email.
Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If the item was defective or incorrectly sent, we will cover all shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used reeds cannot be returned.
Custom-made or personalized items are also non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
